Access to the Netgear C6300
To start changing settings on the modem, we first have to access to it. We can do this by running a web browser on your PC previously connected via cable. Then we have to type the IP address recommended for this model. The IP address is usually printed on the router’s label.
We type 192.168.0.1 or routerlogin.net on the web browser, then we press enter. Right immediately there is going to show up a screen asking you for the username and password to grant the access. The access information is printed on the router’s label as well. In this case we have admin for the username and we have password for the password field.
Finally, after we have done all the procedures already explained, the router’s interface will show up.
